Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery across Australia takes approximately 5-10 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas and sales events, delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders Australia-wide — no minimum spend required.
Tracking Your Order

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delays & Issues
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, EaseMyFeet is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please reach out and we will investigate immediately.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, please check with neighbours and in a safe location around your property first. If you still can't locate it, contact us at easemyfeet@gmail.com and we will work with the courier to resolve it.
